SERVICES-EIFS

EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) or synthetic stucco typically consists of five components:  adhesive, insulation board (attached to substrate with the adhesive), a base coat into which fiberglass mesh is imbedded, and decorative finish coat in the desired color.

Geesaman Contracting is proud to offer StoTherm® EIFS which is a multi-layered exterior wall system that includes built-in insulation.  EIFS provides a layer of continuous insulation around the exterior of your building, virtually eliminating thermal bridging that occurs through the wall studs.  The benefits of a StoTherm® EIFS include superior energy efficiency for sustainability, tremendous design flexibility, and is light weight.
