SERVICES-Caulking & Sealants

W.L. Geesaman Contracting uses Tremco silicone tinted to coordinate with your existing EIFS, Stucco, Stone or Brick.  All exteriors claddings need to be caulked at any breach or penetration in the system, including but not limited to windows, doors, spouting, shutters, light fixtures and faucets.  As a part of regular maintenance, a yearly visual inspection of your caulk / sealant should be made to ensure there are no breaches allowing moisture to penetrate your wall cavity. 

For your convenience, W.L. Geesaman Contracting is available to perform this maintenance visual inspection and provide the necessary service.
