Do I Need a Warranty?

W.L. Geesaman Contracting does not provide a “Warranty” for the cladding on your home.  However, W.L. Geesaman Contracting partners with Moisture Free Warranty Company, as a Certified Repair Contractor.  As a Moisture Warranty Certified Repair Contractor we have been tested and qualified to perform Stucco and EIFS repair following the Moisture Warranty protocol.  When we have completed the necessary repair work, at your request we will forward all documentation of the repair to Moisture Warranty for their review.  Once your repair work is re-inspected and found acceptable as per Moisture Warranty protocol, then you are eligible to purchase a 1, 3 or 5 year warranty from Moisture Warranty.
