How Do I Know If I Need to Repair My EIFS / Stucco System?

If you answer “yes” to any of the below questions, you may need to have remediation.

• Do you have water damage to the interior of the home?

• Do you see any black streaking around windows, doors, spouting, shutters, roof line, light fixtures or exterior faucets?  Refer to Why do I have marks or streaking around my doors and windows?

• Are you missing sealants around your windows, doors, spouting, shutters, roof line, light fixtures or exterior faucets?

• Do you see bubbles or are pieces of your EIFS / Stucco pulling away or missing?

• Are you missing a kick-out? Refer to What is a kick-out?
