How do I maintain my EIFS / Stucco system?

Minimal yearly visual inspections are required.  However, yearly professional inspections are suggested.

Caulk / Sealants should be visually inspected annually.  When inspecting your sealant you should look for cracking, holes and / or separation.  If any are found, the sealant needs to be removed and replaced before your system is compromised allowing water infiltration and possible damage.
