I Am Selling My House - Do I Need to Have an Inspection or Repair Any Water Damage?

YES, any and all inspections or known information about the home is declared in the disclosure form.  If you have never had an inspection or choose not to at this time, it will not stop a buyer from having their own inspection performed.  If the necessary repairs are not completed prior to a sale, the buyer may inflate the repair cost to assure all damages will be repaired.  Also, you would not want to alleviate any potential buyers.  Some insurance companies will not insure a home without an inspection report.
